ADAPTORS, ELBOWS & TEES
Hydraulic adaptors are used in hydraulic equipments to mount hydraulic hoses or to connect hydraulic valves, couplings etc. Adaptors are manufactured out of Steel, Stainless Steel, Brass etc. Adaptors are made to different standards – BS, SAE, Metric, JIS etc.
CAMLOCKS
Camlock Couplings are basically metal fittings which are used to connect or disconnect hose piping rapidly and easily. Couplings are attached on the end of the hose pipe and it comes in a variety of sizes and types with different diameters to accommodate different size of hose.
FLANGES
We at Flexo Tech Products manufacture and offer all varieties of SAE flanges. We can also manufacture flanges as per customer’s requirement.
PRESSURE GAUGE TEST POINT
Pressure gauge test hoses are used to analyse system pressure. This consists of end connectors to connect pressure gauge at one end and to connect to a test point at the other end.
SAFETY WHIP CHECKS
Hose safety whip check is the safety accessory used to hold the hose without whipping. This will ensure the hose to remain in its position once it is blown off from the hose nipple. Safety whip check consists of metal brackets, wire rope and soft bracket to be mounted on rubber hose.
FIRE SLEEVE, HEAT SHRINK SLEEVE & SILICATAPE
Hose fire sleeves are used to protect the rubber hose from the surrounding heat radiated from furnaces, heating elements and other heat sources. Fire sleeves are manufactured with a glass fibre sleeve and coated with red silicone rubber.
