When we commenced our operations in 1996 , for rubber hose assemblies there was dearth of suppliers in the region for PTFE and stainless steel hose assemblies for gas and steam application
There were also few suppliers for serving the requirement of Hydraulic hoses with stainless steel fittings and rubber hose with flanged fittings
Flexo tech narrowed this gap by providing these small quantity but essential requirements of specific industries.
There was also a requirement of project buyers to process hose assemblies like Rubber, PTFE, Stainless steel, Silicone, PVC etc from a single source. Flexo tech products understood the pulse of the market and started supplying hose assemblies of other material composites along with rubber hoses which propelled the growth of Flexo tech products
Flexo tech products also serviced those customers requirements of Elbows, adaptors, non standard flanges and SAE flanges along with Parker hose assemblies
Milestones
Manufacturing of hose fittings and other mechanical components for Diesel engine and transmission for caterpillars, Allison transmission and Poclain earth movers
Started manufacturing of hydraulic hose assemblies with one set of hose assembly machines
Stainless steel hose assemblies and TIG welding machine were added
Added 2 sets of crimping machines and also started PTFE hose assemblies
Added few more machines to our machine shop to increase the volume of manufacturing hydraulic hose fittings, elbow, adaptors
Pressure testing machine, hose cleaning machine, crimping machines, skiving machines were imported from Germany and induced to the production line
Started manufacturing PTFE convoluted hose assemblies and Silicone hose assemblies
Expanded further by setting up new plant in Mysore and added more CNC turning centres
Installed VMC machining centre to the machine shop
One more hose assembly line added to cater to the automobile and railways requirement
